Goods exchange
You can change the item purchased within 14 days of receipt.
The good exchange is allowed for orders shipped within the European Union.
To initiate the process of exchange of merchandise, proceed as follows:
- Send an e-mail to AryA with the subject phrase: Request for exchange merchandise. Please tell us which item you want to replace and describe the problem (goods not conforming to the order, incorrect size, etc.). At any time you could contact us for assistance;
- Prepare the package with the item to be changed, taking care to insert the original box in a padded envelope (in the case of jewelry and accessories) or to protect the package with air bubble sheets (in the case of bridal shoes);
- Shipping costs are always charged by the Customer, except in cases where there is an error in sending the wrong good;
- Return the item within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to: AryA – Piazza Riconoscenza 7a – 21047 Saronno (Va);
- The exchange of goods must be done with one or more items of equal or greater value to the article to be changed. Shipping costs and any price difference will be charged with Paypal, Bonus or Postepay reload;
- The replacement goods will be sent only after receiving the products you want to change;
- Changes will be accepted only if sent by parcel traceable, or through any carrier that provides tracking of the parcel. For any further information please contact us;
- Under no circumstances will be accepted return and/or change of worn, dirty and/or damaged merchandise, albeit partially;
- The exchange demand and the goods should be sent within 14 calendar days of receipt of the same, with the exception of the items purchased in December and during the Christmas promotions where there is the possibility to make free exchanges, in the manner described above, up to January 10 of the following year.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer can exercise the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for orders shipped outside of the European Union.
- Send a registered letter to AryA di Sabrina Cecchini – Piazza Riconoscenza 7a – 21047 Saronno (Va) with the subject “Right to Withdrawal” within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods. It is also possible to send a PEC e-mail to Arya_by_sabrina@pec.it
- Specifying the items to be returned providing the Product Code, which you can find in the copy of the order received by e-mail;
- Return the products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to: AryA – Piazza Riconoscenza 7a – 21047 Saronno (Va) taking care to prepare the package by inserting it in a suitable box or a padded envelope and using a registered shipping;
The Right of Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of return only on a part of the product;
- In no event can expect accept returns of worn goods, soiled and / or damaged, albeit partially;
- The law does not apply to products created or modified specifically for the customer;
- The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box or padded envelope;
- Should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product:
- The shipping costs for returning the goods are always charged to the customer;
- The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered shipping;
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for customers with VAT;
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for orders shipped outside of the European Union;
- In no case will returns be accepted if the request for withdrawal has not been communicated by registered post or certified e-mail.
If the goods are damaged during transport, Arya will inform the customer (within 7 working days of receipt of goods in their seats) to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier and obtain refund of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return and canceling the request for Return Policy.
AryA does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the venue, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport.
If Arya original packaging will be damaged, Arya will deduct € 5.00 from the refund for the replacement costs. In all other cases, the return will not be accepted.
The request will also be refused in case of damage / removal of the labels on the package.
AryA reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods and verified its integrity to be able to accept the right of withdrawal.
REMBOURSEMENT
Except for Avalia and Bianco Evento items, Arya will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the date the item arrived at the company.
A discount voucher will be issued for Avalia and Bianco Evento items to be used for new purchases on the AryA website. The voucher will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
The following amounts will be deducted from the refund (or discount voucher):
- lump sum for practical management of € 5.00, even for partial returns.. An additional lump sum of € 10.00 will be retained for the Avalia and Bianco Evento items.
- shipping costs. In case of free shipping, an amount of € 7.00 will be retained
- Payment fees charged on the original transaction for payments with Paypal, Stripe, Credit Card.
The Right of Withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/or content), when it occurs:
- The absence of product components;
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;
- If the request for withdrawal has not been communicated by registered post or certified e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If are not complied with the conditions and terms of the right of withdrawal (revocation of the right of withdrawal, lack of the necessary requirements, return the products for which you can not exercise the right of withdrawal), the customer is not entitled to reimbursement of the amounts already paid.
In this case the customer can reclaim the items in the state in which they were returned to AryA, upon payment of referral fees..
Otherwise, AryA is entitled to keep the articles and sums paid by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the order, for any reason (non-payment, unavailable item, …), the refund will be made in 24 / 72h with direct cancellation or bank transfer. In this case, you will need to provide the bank details of the credit account.
In case of payment with Paypal, in no case will the payment commissions be refunded.
