How to accept your parcel

THE RIGHT WAY TO ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL

Depending on the type of purchase, your order can travel inside of a cardboard box or a padded envelope, both accurately closed and sealed, inside of which you’ll find the box with the items you purchased.
Both the boxes that the envelopes are often placed inside the envelopes of the couriers.
Before accepting the parcel, therefore, it is important to check the envelope of the courier in order to verify:

• that it has our logo and signature (manual or by stamp);

• that it is not empty (verify to the touch);

• that it is perfectly sealed;
  

• that it shows no sign of tampering with and / or damage like holes, tears, cuts, even partial.

In the presence of even one of these events as mentioned, you HAVE to indicate “I AGREE WITH RESERVE RIGHT” upon receipt and then sign it to accept the parcel.
This procedure is necessary in order to protect you against the courier in case of damage or theft of the items you purchased.
The procedure is the same even in case of delivery by the Postman.
