How to accept your parcel

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER PACKAGE COLLECTION

Depending on the type of purchase, your order may travel inside a cardboard box or a padded envelope. Both are carefully closed and sealed and contain our branded box, inside which you will find the items you purchased.
Often, both boxes and envelopes are placed inside the courier’s outer shipping bag.

Before accepting and collecting your package, it is important to check the courier’s bag and make sure:

• that it displays our logo and signature (handwritten or stamped)
• that it is not empty (check by touch)
• that it is perfectly sealed
• that it shows no signs of tampering and/or damage such as holes, tears, cuts — not even partial ones

If any of these issues are present, you MUST write the note “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION PENDING CONTENT VERIFICATION” on the delivery receipt and then sign it.

This procedure is necessary to protect your rights with the courier in case of damage or theft of the items you purchased.

The same procedure applies when delivery is carried out by a postal worker.
