Returns and Exchanges
To initiate the process of exchange of merchandise, proceeds as follows:
- Send a registered mail to: email@example.com with the subject phrase: Request for exchange merchandise;
- Describe the problem in the email (not goods "comply with the order, etc.);
- Specify the goods and how to change, Providing the following information: name of the product and product code. All these data are presented on the consignment note;
- The replacement goods will be sent only after receiving the products you want to change;
- Shipping costs are always charged to the customer except in cases where there has been an error in the shipment of goods by Arya Italian Jewels;
- Changes will be accepted only if sent by parcel traceable, or through any carrier that provides tracking of the parcel. For any further information please contact us.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in the following paragraphs.
To exercise this right, the Customer will have to do the following actions:
- Send a registered letter to Arya by Sabryna Sabrina Cecchini - Via Trento 47-21047 Saronno (Va) with the subject "Right to Withdraw 'within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods;
- Specifying the items to be returned providing the Product Code, which you can find in the copy of the order received by e-mail;
- Return the products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of the communication. The goods must be returned to: Arya by Sabryna Sabrina Cecchini - Via Trento 47-21047 Saronno (Va) taking care to prepare the package by inserting it in a suitable box or a padded envelope and using a registered shipping;
- In no event can expect accept returns of worn goods, soiled and / or damaged, albeit partially.
The Right of Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of return only on a part of the product;
- The law does not apply to products created or modified specifically for the customer;
- The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box or padded envelope;
- Should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product:
- The shipping costs for returning the goods are always borne by the customer, except for:
- Return of footwear, if sent from Italy, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City:
- Delivered by mistake in sending the goods or a defect in the article sent;
- The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered shipping;
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for customers with VAT.
If the goods are damaged during transport Arya will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their seats), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier and obtain refund of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return and canceling the request for Return Policy.
Arya does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the venue, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Arya will deduct from the refund due to a percentage not exceeding 10% of the same, for the repair costs.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original package, Arya will refund the customer the consumer the amount paid within 14 days from the date the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
Arya reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods and verified its integrity to be able to accept the right of withdrawal.
Reimbursement shall be by the amount of transfer of the amount charged for payments made through PayPal or seat Bank or by bank transfer in other cases. In the latter case, the buyer must promptly provide the bank on which to make the refund (IBAN and account heading).
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or content), when it occurs:
- The absence of external and / or internal packaging;
- The absence of product components;
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
If are not complied with the conditions and terms of the right of withdrawal (revocation of the right of withdrawal, lack of the necessary requirements, return the products for which you can not exercise the right of withdrawal), the customer is not entitled to reimbursement of the amounts already paid.
In this case the customer can reclaim the items in the state in which they were returned to Arya, upon payment of referral fees.
Otherwise, Arya is entitled to keep the articles and sums paid by the customer.
