To initiate the process of exchange of merchandise, proceeds as follows:
• Send an email to: ServizioClienti@aryaitalianjewels.com with the subject phrase: Request for exchange merchandise;
• Describe the problem in the email (not goods "comply with the order, etc.);
• Specify the goods and how to change, Providing the following information: name of the product and product code. All these data are presented on the consignment note;
• The replacement goods will be sent only after receiving the products you want to change;
• Shipping costs are always charged to the customer except in cases where there has been an error in the shipment of goods by Arya Italian Jewels;
• Changes will be accepted only if sent by parcel traceable, or any that carrier offers tracking of the package.

Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form to Arya Italian Jewels a reference to VAT), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in the following paragraphs. To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to that Arya Italian Jewels effect within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. • The law does not apply to products created or modified specifically for the customer;
• The purchased goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts;
• To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box. pointing to the words 'Right of Withdrawal';
• Should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging;
• According to law, shipping costs related to restitution of the property are charged to thecustomer;
• Shipping, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• If the goods are damaged during transport, Arya will inform the client (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return and canceling the request for Right of Withdrawal.
Arya Italian Jewels not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon his arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages not causedby transport. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, Arya will subtract from therefund due to a percentage, be no more than 10% of that, towards the cost of restoration. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Arya will refund the customerthe full amount paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by procedure for transfer of theamount charged or by bank transfer. In this latter case, the Buyer shall deliver promptly to the bankon which to make the reimbursement (Code ASI-CAB-Account of the invoice).The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/orcontent), where Arya finds:
• The absence of the outer packaging and/or internal packaging;
• The absence of integral elements of the product;
• Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Arya will return to sender the item purchased,charging the shipping costs.
Shipments are made through 'Poste Italiane' (Italian Post Office). All orders are processed within the same day if made before h.10.00. The next day if made after this time.

It is delivered only to the addressee or its agent and if there is nobody to receive it, it should bewith drawn at the post office indicated in Notice of storage. For the first 5 days, the storage is free. After 30 days the mail is resent to the sender.
